TID/KRN Rollover

The software for all prepaid electricity meters in South Africa will expire in November 2024. Prepaid electricity meters must be updated, before November 2024 or you won’t be able to recharge your meter with new tokens, and you will be without power supply.

YZERFONTEIN RESIDENTS PLEASE NOTE: Prepaid electricity clients in Yzerfontein whose meters have not yet been updated, the next phase will be rolled out in Yzerfontein this week (20 May 2024). You will be able to do the update yourself. Please have a look at the instruction video below about what to expect.

In the coming days and weeks the remainder of our prepaid clients in Darling, Moorreesburg and Malmesbury will also be assisted. We will inform you via our various platforms.
